Five guys has some terribly unjust employees that have somehow made it to the grey shirt position. They form wrongful bias opinions of other employees along with personal connections that exceed the limit of inappropriate behavior. Not all shirts are like this, but a select few have made my experience there bad enough. There are managers who can fly off the handle at any time, there are some who abuse power as managers while others simply do not know how to communicate well enough to be in such a position. It is ridiculous to believe that we are expected to stay happy when no shirts are on the same page, resulting in disciplinary actions if done the wrong way for the wrong person. I will continue more detailed reports in the days to come. We are in need of help where there is none offered. Wish us luck.
