I ordered the cookware and the cook top and the free one. I thought the charges were to high... I was charged on the 12th and send a message on the 14th that it was shipped... On the 21st i find out it was never shipped i was assigned a tracking number but the fed ex was never called to pick up the items and I was lied to by the both phone numbers associated with this company... And they have my money!!! Im trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charges now. As they will not return my calls nor can you talk to a human... Nuwave has gone down the tube. Dont order from them
