I thought I was getting 2 sets of cookware and fry pans. There was only I got 2 cookers and 1 each of the ultimate cookware, the cooking package, 9 &10.5" fry pans.invoice showed these items for $99.99 with $139.85 s&h. I paid $40 for the cook ware set but is shown to be free.invoice does not reflect conversation I had wit with Rep. Supposedly, got a free upgrade to overnight delivery, but did not get it until 08/09. Have been calling since I received it and have not gotten a call back, so I can return it. Tx # 855-742-2665 & 877-689-2835 take you to voicemail; 888-689-2831 allowed me to talk to a sales rep, if I wan ted to place a new order. She could not help me get the package returned. Feel as if I 've been scammed. Don't buy anything from Hearthware/Nuwave. Constantly trying to get you to buy accessory items with outrageous shipping / handling.
