We constantly lose connectivity/reception for many items. This happened multiple times during the olympics and many other events. It occurred everytime there was a heavy wind. It happened before a storm but during the actual storm when there was a downpour, we had a good picture. Dish always asks for me to repeat the same info to them over and over again. They also claim the problem is because my dish is covered with leaves or have tree branches blocking the view or trees. My dish is on my roof and our home is only 12 years old, and there are no trees. Hence no leaves. The service is poor and the help is non-existant. I may forward this to the MI attorney general. But I don't think that even bothers Dish.
