On 07-11 the town i live in was hit by a severe wind/rain storm, winds reaching 130 mph. The wind has blown my dish out of the roof and the dish was dangeling by the cable from the attic roof. When i called, not once, not twice but 3 different people to tell of situation and needed it removed, i got nowhere. Each representitive said they could have it moved but not removed. I don't need it moved, i'm getting a new roof from the wind damage, i just want it removed. Bot 30 minutes later and much stress and swearing i had to cancel the service to have it removed. I did tell the rep for the service guys to have a really F*?! Tall ladder as it was 40 feet up. Of course they didn't have a tall enough ladder and had to inconvience the tree trimming crew to take down. Dish network could't pay me to resigh up with them!!
