My credit account was bought by BofA. I
wanted to know if my autpay was transferred to the neew account management system. I called customer service and was on the phone for 47 minutes as I was transferred and put on hold. They wanted my ssn and date of birth. I dont give this over the phone as you never know who or where you are calling and this opens up a good chance of identity theft. The service rep was progressively rude and condesending. He told me the auto pay had not transferred so I input another online request for transfer. Truth was that the auto payment had transferred and two payments were deducted. I still cant get any answers about the online payment either to change it or cancel it. Now I am in a series of emails which are toitally un helpful. This company has a flagrant disregard for the customer. I would dump this account but the interest rate is very low from my last bank. So I am stuck
