Contacted by a man with an Asian accent, Alex Murphy, said my computer was about to crash, took control of my computer, did some minor things which I think could have been done by me but my computer knowledge is minimal and they took advantage of that. He keeps calling but I hang up when I hear his voice now. Said he was with Microsoft.
