I was contacted by telephone and told they represented my Microsoft security system which, they said had expired and needed to be renewed. Also, that I had serious existing security issues that would cause my computer to crash and that they could remedy by taking over my computer saying their agents would solve my security problems and would continue (or renew) their security protection service for two years for the charge of $259.99. After 3 days of their manipulation my computer was a mess. On my complaint, they agreed to refund $60.00 but to date have not.
