I ordered extensions off this website because of the price. After ordering, I stumbled upon horrible reviews of this company. So within 2 hours of placing my order, I was chatting with them requesting to cancel. After reading the horrible reviews I thought I was in for a battle. They were very pleasant when I asked to cancel. They did ask why and I just told them I changed my mind about getting extensions (I didn't want to open a can of worms!) They said "ok" and stated they would cancel my order. All was good until I asked about my refund. They told me they would "try to refund my money but they are busy with lots of orders". I responded by saying that I have an order they should be busy attending to and I expect a refund. They then claimed to not be able to prove I paid, yet I provided a receipt. Luckily I checked out with Paypal so I was able to have them back me up. The company eventually agreed to refund me within 7 business days which I was not happy about. I decided to open a dispute with Paypal since they obviously can't be trusted. I received my refund within 24 hours. To top it all off, after the refund was processed and dispute closed, someone from the extensions company emailed me and said they will refund me if I agree to pay 15% return/exchange fee. Umm. Yeah right dummies! It was a simple cancelled order. I feel for anyone that has dealt with this horrible company. All of this over just a cancelled order. Stay far away from this website and company!
