I ordered two sets of hair extensions and within less than a week I recieved them in the mail which was great I did not have to wait long for them! Unfortunately I had to pay a $ 20.00 delivery service fee on top of the money spent on the extensions!
So I opened the package first set of extensions look like they have been used already the ends are ratty and dead looking the hair does not feel soft and nice, there is absolutely no shine to it.
The second set of extensions I could not even believe it when I opened it... They are so greasy... It looks like weeks of not washing your hair.
I don't plan on wearing either set of these extensions because of how horrible they are!
I emailed customer service for return information first email I got an apology which irritated me they did not provide return info right away so I knew I was in for a run around with this company. Second email they asked for pictures and again did not provide return info I asked why it was their concern to see pictures because I'm the customer I'm the one who's opinion on how unsatisfied I was that would even remotely matter. Third email was a second request for pictures and them telling me they have seldom complaints about the quality of their products so I took the pictures and sent them off. They then apologize again and told me how much of a hassle and expense it will be to ship them back so they would offer me a partial refund. At this point I still have not recieved the return information, but I asked them how much of a partial refund they would offer, response back told me they could give me a 15% refund... $20.00 which only covers the cost of the delivery service charge I paid, that doesn't even begin to cover the cost of the product itself. How insulting is that... I'm waiting on another response from them for a higher refund but at this point I'm not holding my breath because this whole thing is ridiculous.
I really wish I would have researched hair extension companies more before purchasing because now like the rest of you I'm out that money.
I definitely give this company a -10 it's the worst company I have dealt with their lack or customer service is a sign of how much of a scam this company is.
Note to people purchasing extensions... Do not buy from hairextensionsale!!! Take your money and spend it on extensions that are worth it!!!
