On June 21 after being promises the following:
(1) cells that can be used in Ecuador;
(2) Unlimited text & calls for 2 lines; the 3rd line just the basis;
3) Promised to unlock two cells;
4) was promised that I would only paid max. $215.00 p/month. Paid at that time $250.00 for the equipment.
5) 16 days after, services got disconnected; they have switched numbers.

Be advised that I also spoke w/different Agents regarding unlocking cellular got the same email 3 times promising that the CODE will take 24-72 hours and it has been more than 72 hours; spoke with a Supervisor and was told that it usually takes 14-15 days? They are coming with hidden charges and not the promised amount $175 plus taxes; Now they are threatening to send me 2 bills in 1 month.

Got my first statement for $259.00 -paid $200.00- Received 2nd statement $343.00. Once again went today 8/17 to the store to get a copy of my contract and much to my surprised my signature has been forged. Need legal advise whether contract is still valid, they have lied in their promised (shown in the agreement) that I will be paying around $215.00; and now they have forged my signature. I want out of that contract, I don't trust them at all. My contact number is (Personal Information Removed). Thank you.
