I enrolled in PCIP health insurance in October. The first time I used it was for an ear infection Feb.
My payments were do on the 15th of each month and I would recieve a bill on the 13th and I would pay it on time.in April PCIP cashed my check and cancelled my insurance claiming I was 1 day late with the payment.
When I called PCIP and explained they had cashed my check and according to CA Insurance law that reinstated my policy. THEY TOLD ME THEY RUN UNDER FEDERAL LAW (which I do not believe to be true). They were rude and just did what they wanted. To date they have no paid a single claim and even my insurance man cannot get them to respond.

I DO NOT recommend you do business with them THEY ARE A SCAM!
