I found them listed on the internet to manage a duplex indianapolis. They sounded professional and always returned my calls. I later realized that is the ONLY time they ever acted profession.
AFter that in order to get my rent money or statements it required constant calls, and emails. I had to be plead, beg and just be downright obnoxious in order to get them to do their freakin job. After three months I fired them.
To this date I do not have two montsh of rent that they collect nor do I have two months of statements. One tenant moved out and they never listed it for rent that I can see. They never put a sign up on the propety and apparently some windows were broken with the vacant unit and it propably was like that for mont but these bozos never drive by the place. They were suppose to maek sure the lawn was mowwed and never did that either.
They useless incompent propety managers. Do not sue them or you'll lose your rent money and the place will go to hell!
