I decided to purchase a bruno chariot lift which had to be purchased through a certified bruno dealer the closesed dealer was in farmingdale, mobility works. I had purchased a hitch from u haul, (with the advice from tim white to purchase class 2 hitch) who is the sales associate i used to purchace my lift through. Now tim white assured me the the rear station wagon door would still be usable. After paying at the completion of installion which was (which was overseen by assistant manager craig) we were told the rear door cannot open due to the door hitting the chair lift.
We were told to come back the next day and they would add an extensionpiece supplied by bruno to fix this problem as part of their installation process.
Now after many calls we are told this step will void the warranty and that we are on our own.
Craig advised us to go to u haul to have this problem solved at our expense.
This is far from professional and is causing us unjust grief, fustratuon, time and money.
