This is my letter to Lazy-boy: I purchased a lift chair model #1lF505 on August 5 and I am very disappointed with it. When I purchased the chair the sales person FAILED to tell me no return's at all. I called the center where I purchased it from and spoke to the manager of the lazy-boy located at 265 Glen Cove Road, Carle Place, NY, who referred me to the manager of the Rockville Centre store. When I called that manager who was very rude and nasty to me he said nothing can be done... No returns/no refunds that I should have read my contract. The sales person I purchased the lift chair from should have informed me of this policy and failed to. I am a disabled woman who unfortunately needs a lift chair and I am very uncomfortable in it. The chair is wood based and to short in length, from my ankles my feet dangle off. I paid $1,361.06 with delivery and tax for this amount I need my comfort. I am very dissatisfied with the way I was treated and with my purchase, I want a full refund.
