Big complaint about Retoxor... Over three months now I have been told I would receive a refund for my original purchase ($129.95) AND an order thatI DID NOT MAKE ($179.95) was shipped on the day I made my request for a refund. I was given two return authorizations and followed exactly as told. I have spoken with no fewer than 7 "customer service" people all of whom are very difficult to understand. I was told my complaint would be sent to "upper management". I was GUARANTEED I would see the refund in my account on July 19th. They have been misleading and dishonest. I sent a letter to the California attorney general with my complaint. I intend to tell Sirius XM about their cheating client advertiser.
