I have already spoken with a live chat representative about this problem. CourseSmart's refund policy is misleading as it is written. I am within my 14-day refund period, but was told by the chat representative Jordan that consumers really only had 13 days for refunds. He told me he would forward my request to his "Level 2" team. I have yet to hear anything back, nor do I expect I will. What I am doing now is filing a complaint against them for misleading consumer practices via complaint and through my University.
