I ordered Colnx's Immune Power Plus product as a sample product for $4.95. Two weeks later they charged my credit card 89.95. I returned the procduct and it was received by them on 12/4 and I was informed it would take 5 weeks for a refund.
I have spoken to their customer service operators and they will not state when I will received my refund. I called the Better Business Bureau in Miami Lakes, FL and was told they have several complaints against this company. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office was told to file a complain with you and request your help also to receive my refund.
