I purchased a service contract from Signet Financial Group on August 3 for my 2005 Saturn Vue. The amount of the service contract ($2620.00) was to be refunded to me after a 72-month term. I followed the instructions on the refund agreement and sent my refund request via registered mail to their P.O. Box in Vacaville, CA. That mail came back to me as "Box Closed, Unable to Forward, Return to Sender".
