Signet Financial will not make good on their contract to refund $ on unused service contract

In Oct I purchased a 2005 Impala. Along with this purchase, I purchased a long term service contract. This amount 2300.00 was to be refunded if warranty was never used.

I contacted Signet Financial in Nov filled out all info required.

After several weeks I tried to see what was happening with refund. They told me that it was being processed. I continued to call about every week and they finally said refund would be issued on March31

Since that time the phone has been disconnected and I am still waiting for refund.
