I purchased a "Bumper to Bumper" warranty "just like the original manufactures warrant" on my 2006 VW Passat in 2008.in May the ESP warning light came on and I took the car to the VW dealer that I purchased it from. The diagnosis was broken cam chain tensioner due to broken bolt.interstate required an inspection before repairs could begin. After three weeks of hassel the repairs started.interstate paid $1500 of a $6500 bill. I have filed a complaint with the Atlanta BBB which was dismissed by Interstate.
