Hi, i am reporting an extended warranty rip-off that i purchase for $1359.00 full covered, supossibly i paid on time always and when the time came to use it... Big surprise. They only covered parts of the total cost of repairs, even though those repairs are covered under the contract. They said that they would only covere a resanoble ammount of the total repir... Reasonable. Total repairs come to be $877 and the only wanted to covered $356 because they reruse to pay for original parts from the dealer, they argued that they could get those parts that originally cost $221 for $80 and the repair fasility told them to send those parts for $80 and they would used them... But they said they could not do that. They are such liars the parts that need repleasement are both window motors and regulator and no where in the internet did i find parts that even came close to $80. They are a bunch of scammer, that will take your money and give you nothing but frustracion and and anger in return. Be smart and stay away from these scammers.
