Called my phone provider to ask how much was my bill. When they told me I couldnt believe it. 6 outside companies charged my phone number for 9.99 each. Byte Spike was one of them. T-mobil took the charges off, after loosing one hour of my time. Your phone provider has to put a block on, and we can never be charged again for 9.99 or anything else.
