Ought a H2O 5-in-1 steam mop on the 18th MAY and collection was stated to be in June. However received emailed on 5th and 30th July stating a delay in redemption and can be collected starting from 7 August. Made a trip down to their office at 36B Boat Quay S049825 but it was closed and worst of all saw on papers that business is closed! There are alot of similar cases caused by outlet.com. Sg.
