However, on 5 July, I received an email from them informing that there will be a delay due to "miscalculation of the production and delivery time by some of their merchants". For the item that I ordered, it was indicated that it will be ready for collection from 30 July. When I visited the REdemption Centre at 36B Boat Quay on 2 Aug, it was closed, with a notice saying that they'll be closed till 7 Aug. On 7 Aug, liquidators have been appointed to take over. It appears that all these events are pre-planned by the owners of Outlet.com. Sg to cheat online customers. Besides online consumers, merchants were also scammed and even staff was not paid their salary.
