I brought 3 coupons under outlet.com. Sg on 16 Jun & 5 July. One coupon mention that redemption period from 28 June ~ 28 July another one is end June and end July, But i did received email mentioning that there is shipment delay for 1 of the item and will be informed me by email again once the item is ready to collect. But now I called them today 06 Aug and nobody answer the phone. I just want to know how can I claim back my money and I have paid to credit card company.
