SPREADEX LTD runs a online betting company. Where by consumer deposit the money into the company bank account.
When you bet, you relay on providers online platform for the price. What this company have done yesterday, when marketing was moving in customers favour there system freezes this is what the say when I reported but that is not true but THEY NEVER NOTIFIED ANY OF THERE CUSTOMERS FOR THIS ERROR. I have only joined them since 13th july and this is not the first time it has happened. This particular one happened between 11 and 11:30 yesterday on 10th August. I am sure many customers who have traded at this time must have lost thousands of pounds.
If you are a Spreadbet ltd costumer and you have traded on there platform between the hours of 11 and 12 kindly check your trades, I am sure you must be robbed as I have. I asked them to sent an email to all the customers informing them about this but so far they have not done so. They tried to mitigate my losses but how about 1000's of others who have lost and they (Spreadex Ltd) must have pocked thousands pounds. This is very very unethical indeed.
