On jul 15 12, fastagain came across my screen as legitimate, i thought free, provider of clean-up of errors, viruses, etc. I called, they showed over 100 problems, i paid. My spam more than quadrupled... Eventually could not turn off my computer. Called the 800# and the guy not only would not fix the problem or re-imburse but when confronted as to chance, responded in the positive! Took my lap-top to chain store to be cleaned up, next day after our conversation on 0882012. Ps. He tried to sell me more.
