I got on my PC and it wouldn't respond or connect me to the inernet, so I shut down my computer and twice and then I noticed on the lower right side of the screen there was a white box saying PC problems are slowing everything down use this site to fix. Over and over again it said it was free completely free. Since it said it was affiliated with Microsoft I belived it to be a repitable site, so I downloaded the site, it said I had 1028 errors. And that it was 19.95 per PC, it said it was free now they wanted money but it said I had so many errors I decided to go with it. I paid 49.98 for my computer and my wifes computer. I was then instructed to call 855-246-1102. I taked to Divya Shree and she told me to go to a site called logmein123.com to register it. I couldn't get to the site and she was being very rude and I started to get upset at that time my wife got home and she took over the call. They wanted almost 400 dollars to clean both computers. My wife told them NO, and they told her it was going to cost us over 700 to have them done elsewhere, My computer is now in the shop being fixed, My wife tried to take the site FastAgain PC Booster off her computer and it did the same thing to hers she couldn't get on the internet. She had to do a restore but can't get rid of the site.
