April I bought a stove from PC Richards for $1200 and took out a 2 years warranty. The element on the stove got worn and needs to be replaced. On or about June 2 I called PC Richards and told them what was happening with the stove.
On June 6 GE Capital whom is their service personnel came to my home and examine the stove; the person stated that he would order the parts and come back to fix it. To date no one came back to fix the stove. On or about August 4 I called PC Richard and GE, and no one is aware of what I’m talking about; they state they have no records of sending anyone to my house. From then I’ve been trying to get them to come to fix my stove; they keep giving me the run around and different dates. My last call to them was Tuesday August 7 I told them that I’m available on Thursday August 9 I was told that someone would come between 1:00pm -5:00pm; no one came. I called them again and was told that it will be Monday August 13 someone will come. Of course I have already taken time off from my job on Thursday August 9 to accommodate them. I cannot afford to take another day off from work and these people don’t show up. I’m tired of the running around with them and would highly appreciate if you could help me out in this regard.
