I went to abcwarehouse to uy a glass top electric stove the saleperson try to detour me from the stove of instrest so i did not want to pay much so walk away and come back and told me that a glass stove breaks easy so i should'nt buy itso he said i should buy spiral bunner but to get to the problem is the frist stove delivered were dented and loose so they brought another which were makeing harming noise so i told them i did not want this product i wanted to get the stove that i want i were not comfortiable with them sending a repaired person they said they were going to switch the stove out but they had to follow protol call and have repaired service to see if the problem that i have exsist so i told them still i dont want if it can be repaired they gave there word after this took place the manager whom were one that gave his word after the repatr told me by right he did not have to do nothing because law once you walk out the door you are stuck with the product i told him i did not walk out the door it were deliverd and paid with my banking card i bought the stove 5-16-09 call them the same day with my complaint they send another 5-19-09 call back they send a repair man 5-28-09 and as of now each time i try to resolve the matter i'm gettin the run around they have nothing about return policy on reciet or posted in stored i need some good advice Thank you
