Ought a window unit pellet stove from Northan Tools they were a supplier for united states stove company. This unit i used for about 3 months and the roof of the burn pot started to warp and form a crack about two inches long, i called united states stove company at the time it was under warranty told them what was happening and they sent me another unit, now this new unit i have been running for about 4 months and the roof is slightly warped, auger constantly jams and were getting a smell of smoke in the house. I went on utube and im not the only one complaining about this stove. I called the company and told them i dont want this stove and asked if they could give me a credit towards another stove and they said that could not do that. This stove is a nice concept but its a bad design with alot of flours and i found out its made in china if i new that i never would of bought. Buying this stove was like throwing 1400 in the garbage...
