I ordered eyewear from Hakim Optical on August 1 (payment had to be given at time of order) and was told they had to be special ordered and would not be in for 10 to 14 days.in the interim I discovered that my health coverage would not start until October. I called Hakim Optical 3 business days later to discuss this and asked if I could cancel the order and reschedule for when my coverage became effective. They refused saying that it was too late. I then asked if they would hold the glasses until October and they again refused. Hakim absolutely would not try in any way to find any solution to my dilema.
I feel that I was treated very unfair, because once they have your money, all's fair in love and war.
