Ordered hockey jersey case in February. They confirmed 2-6 weeks. After six weeks I e-mailed for an update. They adised "just about done, I'll send you a pic". After a few more weeks another follow up received reply "case is done and shipping". After another two weeks asked for the tracking number and they advised it had not been shipped as the customs paperwork had to be completed manually. At this point asked for a refund. No refund received from the company, however Visa did reverse the charge and launched an investigation. My order status on their website even now in July says processing, which I assume will always be the case. Bottom line, they took my money - no product received.
