Lost cell phone in Airport in Toronto. Called home on payphone in Aircanada lounge. Rates said $1 for 4 minutes. First call I made wife could not hear me I hung up (13.41 charge time sadi 2 minutes). Second call was very short as well and was 21.05 chare. Total charge of 34.46 for a few minutes. Not quite the $1 I was expecting. It came 3rd party billed on my home phone bill.
