At first I thought this place was great because they have super nice beds. Since then I have been nothing but frustrated. First of all the bulbs are always burning out in the bed I prefer to use. When two were burned out I would ask the manager about it and she said she would get it fixed. Many days later I asked again and she didn't look like she knew what I was talking about, then hurried and said that she had called the rapair man. Next time the excuse was the rapairman is super busy, then finally she admitted she just had to go to the main office and get the part and put it in herself and promised she would get like 10 of them so there would not be the problem again. I think in the 3 months I went there, there was only 1 week where there was not a bulb burned out. Right now there are 3 bulbs burned out and they supposedly have to order the part that she supposedly got 10 of last time. The other thing I HATE about the place is that they will not leave you alone! They try to sell you something everytime you go in, constantly harrass you about what lotion you are using ect. I asked to stop being asked and they supposedly put a note in the computer, but it has not stopped. It is so annoying!!! I pay a monthly fee, can't I just go in and Tan and be left alone!!! So finally I decided to call the 800 customer service number - Surprise, surprise everytime you call you get a voicemail that they are not available and have to leave a message. I have canceled and will NEVER go back!!!
