What should make Target different from WalMart or KMart is customer service. Unfortunatly, they are learning to be like these stores rather than setting themself apart from these stores. I bought a pack of 4 outdoor floodlights from the Urbandale, IA SuperTarget. I took them home. Got a 30' ladder out to put them up on the house. Two light bulbs worked and two did not. I took the two that worked back. The clerk at customer service told me I had to have all four bulbs. I asked if that meant I had to get the 20' ladder and take down the 2 bulbs that worked. She said yes. I asked for the manager. She said I had to take the two bulbs down and bring all four bulbs back. I told her I would be glad to buy another 4 pack. She said o'k after rolling her eyes at me. She stood with the customer serive girl while I walked all the way to the back of the store to retrieve another four pack.By the time I got back to her she had decided to take two bulbs out of the 4 pak and give them to me. She dropped one of them. I asked for one that had not been dropped. Again the eye rolling by her. I finally after 30 minutes walked out of the store with two bulbs. I have spent $10000 in that store in the past year. I was treated like a criminal all the time being told it was corporate policy. It this is corporate policy I will take my business someplace else.
