I hired a van over the period 11-15 Jun 12 and was pretty surprised when the deposit was taken at the time of booking in Apr. I called a week after return of the vehicle to chase return of the deposit, to be told that 2 weeks was their standard. Still nothing, then on 26 Jul 12 another £500 disappeared from my bank account. No calls are getting through and I am doubtful of getting a reply to my email. Seems all very dodgy to me.
