U-verse incorrect installation and hidden charges

A nightmare appointment time 1-3 arrived 3:30 here til 9:30, had said I didn't want a receiver in the bedroom he put a receiver in the bedroom (Iwant it out). I had been told by Mike Brunner (sp?) St. Louis office that I would have the same phone service that ihad but that now I would have unlimited long distance, I was told that I would have even more stations than i already had. I said I wasn't looking necessarily for moe stations the main reason I was switching was because dish had dropped AMC. Well instead I know longer have my HD which had been included with my dish instead I'm now told that would be EXTRA. My phone was going to be switched ovver to digital even though I had told Mike B. That I wanted to keep my land line. I'm aa first responder and I live on a fault line in an earthquake a landline will most likely be the reliable communication outside of our ham radios. So then in order to keep my landline that was another price adjustment. Also with dish I didn't have to worry about line of site with the remote suddenly last night as the tech was getting ready to leave I asked why this ugly box was sitting on my mantel piece and he said line of sit e next thing I'm in the hole for another $59.00. This morning when I spoke to Felicia (sp?) in sales it was my misfortune to encounter one of the rudiest people I would have hope to havenever met. I told her that I had been promised that my TV would be the same just with more stations and that instead I'm not getting as much as i had that I was no longer receiving HD and she didn't care she said I don't care what he said you have to pay $10.00 more per mo. Is it u-verse policy to lie and find that deceit is an acceptable practice. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement to say that I literally disgusted is getting closer to the truth. Surprise me with a reply which is more than I'm getting from the installing tech who left his # in case I needed anything. Katie Gluck
