No customer service and service does not work - AT&T High Speed Internet

Drove to AT&T cell phone shop and purchases high speed internet for home. 3 days later we attempted to contact customer service for verification of order. Was not able to get through to anyone after 40 minutes of trying all service options. Drove back to AT&T cell phone store and spend 30 minutes and finally got info. Service employee shows up at house and connects us. Before leaving he attempts to charge us set up fee and service fee (This was not part of the deal AT&T gave us) AT&T high speed internet does not work after many attempts. We attempted to call AT&T for help. After over 45minutes of being transfered and being on hold, the line went dead. AT&T is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service and as a first time AT&T customer I must say I can't see how you guys stay in business. Any extra time I have I will spend letting the rest of the world how bad you guys really are. You cost me about 12 hours of my life (phone calls, waiting for serviceman, traveling to AT&T store, etc.), plus a entire week without internet when I could have gone anywhere else and got it all the next day. I will be periodically mentioning my experience on facebook, and the other forums I am on so no one make the same mistake we did.
