I had seven blinds installed by Empire and they are all junk. You call for service and the hit you with fee's that were not stated upon sale of product. I asks about fee and the sales person stated they stand behind product.
Do not buy anything from these folks. They are dishonest and have unethical business practices in my opinion.
I was better of in the long run going to Lowes or Home Depot... There service is much better than Empires. Run run
