Their sales people only care about closing the sale and explaining the product. She wouldn't even tell us the name of the hardwood. We were told that engineered hardwood was very strong but this product was crap and they weren't willing to do anything about it. We were told to go to the Empire Today website to pull the warranty, but the hardwood company wasn't even listed. Don't waste your time with Empire Today.
