I bought a new phone and opened new service. Phone was defective brought back and recieved another phone 7 days later with a fee of 10 dollars shipping and handeling. As I go to put first contact in on the right top corner its bright yellow on the screen. To be told by employee I recieved a refurbished phone. This is not right because I buy a defective phone from you initially I only recieve a refurbished one back!!! Not right!!! I called got the run around from customer service after 1 month of being customer and treated horriblely I sat an cried. I am not asking for anything more than whats owed to me I bought a new phone I am owed a new phone. If this is not handled appropriatly I will be taking my buisness back to my old phone service.
