I ordered a Taurus, PT-247 OSS Pistol, 45 ACP Caliber, ID #67461 on line using a Credit card to pay. They initially replied that it would be on back order.
I initally made telephone contact with a Molly Evarard in Customer Service and was told that it was on back order and they could not give me a delivery date. After several months and no further response I tried contacting the company and was told the telephone number was no longer good and they never replied to my emails.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Wisconsin and filed a complaint. After a month or so the BBB contacted me and told me that they could make no contact with the comnpany. They also had received numerous other complaints about this company.
As of this dated 08/05 I have not received any further information.
