I was an employee of DRI and I resigned due to lack of pay and how awful they treat their employees. I was way too stressed out to stay. Laurie Kuhl represents the company in the worst way. Since she joined the company she won't listen to the employees concerns or give them a chance to think for themselves. She's evil and she's a liar and she's very deceptive. She makes her boss look really stupid behind her back. But she cannot be too smart to have her as an employee in the first place.
We almost had our whole department walk off the job because of her abusive and unfair treatment. They made us lie to members and just tell them what they wanted to hear just to get their money. How can a company have someone like Laurie Kuhl represent them? DRI is letting her get away with abusing the employees all the time. No one wants to be associated with her. The department is always looking to either leave or get out of Laurie's departments.
I feel so sorry for those who are still there. Laurie Kuhl won't allow others to promote from within and if you talk about more money she tries to talk about the budget. DRI has very few female executives and no female african american executives at all. Please help those who are left there. Some of them have reported Laurie Kuhl to the HR department but they do not do anything. They treat it like it is a joke. Anyone who wants to file a lawsuit against DRI please do include me and other former employees.
