I had contractors come to my house to bid on a couple of jobs. Mark ANTHONY LOVELL won the bid
and made promises that he didn't keep.
They were realistic to me. He told me he was a license contractor. He receive 2 deposit from me
and show up the day after he suppose to show up to start the job. He took off the old shingle and put new felt paper down then he left and I never seen him again.
