Mark Lovell uses really cheap pricing to get your to use his law service. Takes your deposit and never completes the job. He will say he went over the allotted hours when you ask for an analysis, but when you have a contract for "the job" not hourly pricing, it should not matter. Does not fully know the law in which he practices and that is Tax Law. He bills you for hours he uses to figure out what he should already know as a "self proclaimed " specialist in his field of law. He is self employed lawyer practicing law in many states where he is not Liscensed.
