Was humiliated in front of many members as we were asked to leave the premises and told our membership will not be renewed. Was told by MGR that the company took the side of the trainer that we asked to please lower her voice because she was talking consistantly and loudly. When told she was causing a distraction that even my headphones couldn't drown out, she told us to go somewhere else. She was extremely arguementative and rude. (so much for customer service) The MGR never spoke to us to get our side of the story and arbitrarily cancelled our memberships. This same trainer has had problems with other members yet was not even considered as the reason for the arguement that insued.
