I have previously had issues with Maximizer CRM Entrepreneur Edition. I recently purchased their upgrade to Maximizer CRM 12 & upgrade support (additional cost $125), willing to give them a second chance. What a mistake! Firstly, I was unsuccessful in installing the software. I called the 800 number for upgrade support and was told that I had to email my query and someone would call back to arrange an appointment. Certainly not the support I understood I was purchasing. I recognized my folly in giving Maximizer a second chance and tried contacting the sales person for a refund. He stopped answering my emails and would not give me the name or number of a real person to talk to in real time. For a CRM company, all they seem interested in is selling a product but have no systems to support customers in real time. I'm still working on getting a refund and of course, there has been no follow up to address my concerns that originally led me to request the refund. I would not recommend this product or Maximizer the company. It's been frustrating from the very beginning and clearly they don't seem to care about losing a customer.
