I received this in the mail and reported to the fraud department of USPS Saying I won $125,000 or $1,500, 000.00 and they wanted $3.25 for processing and $39.00 annual fee. I believe this to be a scam and when people send $39.00 in they could collect a lot of money. I tried to report this to the FBI but didn't have phone numbers or email addresses.
